Se declaró el Juzgado de la referencia es competente para avocar el conocimiento de la acción de tutela instaurada por el accionante en contra un Curador Urbano de Bogotá.
Toda vez que la Corte precisó que tratándose del conocimiento de las acciones de tutela todos los jueces integran la jurisdicción constitucional y, por lo tanto, son jerárquicamente inferiores a la Corte Constitucional, llamada a actuar como tribunal máximo de esta jurisdicción, por la vía de la eventual revisión de las decisiones judiciales relacionadas con la acción de tutela.
